Hi there health conscious friends, My name is Nargis and I am a very experienced personal trainer who has tried everything in the book. Although I have my dream body now and quite easily it wasn’t always this way. I used to portion control, tried every diet in the book from south beach, to Atkins, to Paleo to you name it I’ve tried it. I would overwork my body working out intensely for 3-4 hours every day and yet it was two steps forward and one step back. I could not get the last 30 lbs off of me no matter how hard I tried. It was embarrassing, frustrating and made me self conscience in the gym. I would dream of fitting into my favorite dresses and having a rocking body and being asked out more. I tried everything and just finally gave up and accepted that I would always be a "thick personal trainer" I would go to bed hungry sometimes, workout 3 hours a day to the point of exhaustion, and get so frustrated that no matter what I did the weight just wouldn’t come off. It was like my body was stubbornly holding on to weight. I would get so upset that I dieted so much, would portion control all the time, and yet was still not able to lose that last 30 lbs especially in my gut and hips. I just really wanted to look beautiful and fit and thought maybe I just don’t have the genetics for it. I would workout over 3 hours a day and portion control and the weight just wouldn’t come off! I would feel guilty when I ate something I enjoyed, guilty when I didn’t workout enough, and never felt good and satisfied with my body. When I would try on an outfit I would cringe and only find outfits that covered up my midsection area well. It was so frustrating and no matter what nothing worked! I felt unattractive, frustrated and hungry all the time! I would think if I could just get my dream body I would get asked out more and fit into all my dream outfits and gain confidence, but no matter what diet I went on from Atkins, to calorie restriction, to you name it the scale just wouldn’t budge and it was as if my body was fighting with me to hold on to weight. I now know why…..

One day my beautiful little sister showed me an amazing and gorgeous 70 year old plant based woman by the name of Anette Larkins who looked not a day over 40 and a size 4. She claimed to have more energy than most 20 year olds. I started eating that way and have lost 30 lbs while eating more calories than before (3000 calories a day minimum but often much more) and have gained lots of energy and confidence. I look better now than I ever have in my life and best of all I can eat as much of these foods as I want because they were designed for my body and not metabolized like other foods that make you cling on to fat light glue! Now I have no problem building muscle and eat 3000 calories a day and often well over and maintain a size 2 effortlessly. My mood has been so much better and even euphoric. I have amazingly high energy levels and people keep telling me I look younger and better! I love the look on peoples’ faces when I tell them I eat well over 3000 calories a day at my size! It sounds too good to be true but it really and very thankfully is!!
